You and we agree that such Joint Controller Agreement will be subject to the terms of the Agreement.

      3. Processor that processes personal data on behalf of you, then we and you will enter into a Data Processing Agreement (β€œDPA”) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. You and we agree that such DPA will be subject to the terms of the Agreement.

    10. You agree that we use Stripe to collect and transfer your payment data (name, billing address, e-mail and payment card number) to Stripe to:

      1. process your payment transactions,

      2. monitor, prevent and detect fraudulent payment transactions, and

      3. prevent harm to us.

  1. New Subprocessors

    1. If we engage new or replace existing Subprocessors, we will do so only with your prior general written authorisation, as agreed in this Agreement.

    2. We inform you about new Subprocessors by posting their details on this page.

    3. You agree that by posting new Subprocessors on this page, you will be given the opportunity to object, as required by law.

    4. You agree that you can object only by terminating the applicable Terms of Service and DPA within 30 days after a new Subprocessor has been posted on this page.

    5. You agree that such termination right is your sole and exclusive legal reparation if you object to such replacement or addition.

    6. We enter into a data processing agreement with the Subprocessor in accordance with the GDPR.

  2. Your Responsibility

    1. You are responsible for:

      1. securing lawful processing of Content.

      2. any sanctions against unlawful processing of Content.

      3. visiting our website regularly to see if we engage new Sub-processor(s).
